Are you an agency?
With the Agency plan you can track up to 10 brands and send clients reports with your own logo and colours. Need more? Get in touch.
Pricing questions
What happens when the trial ends?
We remind you by email before your trial ends. If you pick a plan, tracking continues without interruption. If you don't, scans stop and your data is kept, so you can pick a plan later and continue where you left off (accounts where no member signs in for 12 months are deleted). If you buy a plan before the trial ends, the trial ends at that moment and your paid period starts on the payment date.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. If you pay in USD (Paddle) you can change your plan from the Plan & billing page; the change applies immediately and the difference is prorated for the rest of the period. If you pay in Turkish lira (iyzico), email us and your new plan applies from the next billing period.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a full refund, without giving a reason, by emailing us within 14 days of your first paid charge. We assess your request within 5 business days; an approved refund is paid to your original payment method within 14 days of approval and your subscription ends. See our refund policy for details. Do you issue invoices?
Yes. For payments in Turkish lira we issue an e-Arşiv or e-Fatura invoice with the individual or company billing details you enter at checkout and email it within 7 days of the payment. For payments in US dollars, Paddle issues the invoice as the merchant of record.
