This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies “KaiRank” uses on its website and application, why, and how you can manage your choice. For how we process personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. The browser’s local storage and third-party scripts can be used for similar purposes. In this policy we call all of them “cookies”.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are needed to sign you in, remember your language, keep the site secure and protected from abuse, and remember your cookie choice. They do not depend on your consent and cannot be switched off. Our legal basis is the performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and (f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Payment provider scripts
When you choose to pay, the payment provider’s scripts for your chosen currency are loaded. They run only at the payment step, are needed to take the payment and prevent fraud, and are governed by the provider’s own cookie policy.

3. Optional analytics and advertising measurement cookies
We may use Google Analytics 4 (analytics) to improve the site and Meta Pixel (advertising measurement) to measure our ads. We ask for separate consent for each: Google Analytics 4 loads only with your analytics consent and Meta Pixel only with your advertising consent; without consent they are not loaded at all. The cookie banner offers “Accept all”, “Reject all” and “Preferences” with equal weight, and under “Preferences” you can consent to just one of them. Our legal basis is your consent (KVKK Art. 5(1); GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Data collected by these tools is transferred to Google LLC (USA) and Meta Platforms (Ireland/USA); transfers abroad rely on standard contracts under Article 9 of the KVKK (see section 7 of our Privacy Policy).
We currently use no optional cookies. If these tools are enabled in the future, they will only load with your consent.

4. How your choice is stored
Your choice in the cookie banner is stored in your browser’s local storage under the key geo_consent. A random ID (geo_consent_id) is also created in your browser. As proof of consent, each choice is written to the cookie consent record on our server: the random ID, your choice, the Cookie Policy version, the date and your browser user agent, plus your user account if you are signed in. These records are kept for 3 years. The banner appears again if you use another browser or device, or clear your browser data.
5. How to change or withdraw your consent
You can open the preferences panel at any time with the “Cookie settings” link, which is always visible at the bottom of every page of our website and app, and change or withdraw your analytics and advertising consent separately. As we currently use no optional cookies, there is no consent to change.
6. Browser settings
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you may not be able to sign in to the app or make a payment.
