Refund Policy

This policy explains the trial, cancellation and refund terms that KaiRank applies to KaiRank subscriptions. In short: the 30-day free trial is offered once per person; you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge without giving a reason, and you can cancel at any time.

1. 30-day free trial

The free trial is offered only once per person and email address. Accounts opened with an email address that has already used a trial (even if the earlier account was closed), and accounts opened when abuse-prevention limits are reached (an unusually large number of trials started within a short time from the same network, from the same company email domain or in total), start without a trial; on these accounts the service can be used by choosing a paid plan. The trial lasts 30 days. We don’t ask for a payment card, so nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends. If you want to continue, you choose a plan and pay. If you buy a paid plan during the trial, the trial ends at that moment and your paid period starts on the payment date; the remaining trial days are not added to it.

2. Full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge

You can request a full refund, without giving a reason, by emailing the address on our Contact page within 14 days of your first paid charge. We assess your request within 5 business days; an approved refund is paid to the original payment method within 14 days of approval at the latest, and your subscription ends. This applies to monthly and yearly subscriptions alike.

3. Renewals

Payments made after the 14-day window, including automatic renewals, are generally not refundable. However, we will refund duplicate charges, billing errors and payments for periods affected by an extended outage on our side. Any refund rights you have under applicable law always apply.

4. Cancel anytime

You can cancel at any time from the Plan & billing page in the app or by emailing the address on our Contact page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then and the subscription does not renew. While a cancelled Turkish lira subscription still has paid time left, a new Turkish lira subscription cannot be started; you can start one once that period has ended.

5. Plan changes

• USD (Paddle) subscriptions: change your plan from the Plan & billing page. The change applies immediately; the difference, prorated for the rest of the period, is charged right away or credited to your account.
• Turkish lira (iyzico) subscriptions: request the change by emailing the address on our Contact page; it applies from the next billing period.

6. How to request a refund

Email the address on our Contact page from the address registered to your account, including your account email and, if available, your order number. We let you know the outcome by email within 5 business days. How long the refund takes to appear depends on your bank.

7. Payment providers

• Payments in US dollars are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record. Paddle pays approved refunds to your original payment method in line with this policy. For these payments, too, you request a refund by emailing the address on our Contact page.
• Payments in Turkish lira are processed by iyzico (İyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş.). We pay approved refunds to the same card via iyzico.

8. Consumer rights

If you buy as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected. For purchases in Turkish lira, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply because the service starts immediately with the consent you give at checkout (Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 15(1)(ğ) and (h)); the 14-day refund in this policy still applies and is offered in addition to your statutory rights. For purchases in US dollars, the rights in Paddle’s buyer terms also apply.

9. Abuse

We may decline refund requests if we find that new accounts are being created to use the refund repeatedly.
